The third edition of the National Optics Institute (INO) Annual Symposium took place on 12 and 13 November 2015 in the spectacular venue of Villa Doria D’Angri, on the slopes of Posillipo Hill in Naples. The Annual Symposium was a two-day, lively reunion of researchers from all INO units, presenting their most recent scientific results in talk and poster sessions. The meeting provided a forum with local authorities, scientific and academic communities and entrepreneurs to discuss strategic visions and trends of Optics and Photonics in the national, European, and international scenarios.
Our chapter was invited to give a talk on its activities, with the aim to show how the co-work with learned societies can strengthen the professional skill of young researchers. Daniele Cozzolino, president of the Naples OSA chapter, showed in 20 minutes our main activities highlight to all the participant institutions the possibility to collaborate with us in the near future.
